Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Cento Imported Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1/4 cup Cento Sliced Pepperoncini, finely chopped
- 1 tsp Cento Garlic Paste in a Tube
- 1/4 cup Parmigiano Reggiano, grated
- 1 tbsp Fresh Parsley, chopped
- 1/2 Lemon, zest
- 1/4 tsp Cento Crushed Red Pepper
- Cento Fine Sicilian Sea Salt, to taste
- Cento Ground Black Pepper, to taste
Directions
In a shallow serving bowl, combine olive oil, pepperoncini, garlic paste, Parmigiano Reggiano, parsley, red pepper flakes, salt, pepper, and lemon zest. Stir until well combined and let stand for 10 to 15 minutes so the flavors can meld. Serve with warm crusty bread. Serves 4-6.
