Gently spread chocolate-hazelnut spread over 1 side of pizzelle. With rubber spatula, carefully remove ice cream from carton and cut ½â" slabs with a serrated knife. Place on pizzelles. If ice cream or gelato begins to melt, place in freezer for 10 minutes. Place remaining pizzelles on top of ice cream to create a sandwich and gently flatten. Place in a freezer safe dish, cover and freeze for 2 hours. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and drizzle with chocolate syrup before serving. Serves 6.
