Ingredients
- 4-5 Cento Imported Pepperoncini, for garnish
- 1 jar Cento Fancy Giardiniera (12 fl oz)
- 1 cup Cottage Cheese
- 2 tbsp Cento Imported Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 clove Garlic, sliced
- Lemon Zest
- 2 Green Onions, finely sliced
- 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
- 1 tbsp Cento Diced Hot Cherry Pepper Hoagie Spread
Directions
In a food processor or blender, combine cottage cheese, garlic, lemon zest, green onions, and parmesan cheese. Blend until smooth and creamy. Add giardiniera, hoagie spread, and olive oil, then pulse or blend until well combined but still slightly chunky for texture. Transfer to a serving bowl and top with additional giardiniera, hoagie spread, and pepperoncini. Serve as a dip with crackers or fresh veggies, spread on sandwiches, or as a topping for grilled chicken or grain bowls. Serves 2.
