Directions
Cook gnocchi according to packaging. Drain and set aside. In a small bowl, combine the brown sugar, granulated sugar and cinnamon. Set aside. In a large sauce pan, melt butter, over medium heat. Once melted, pour cooked gnocchi into the pan and allow each side to brown, about 4-5 minutes. Evenly coat the gnocchi with sugar mixture and allow sugar to lightly caramelize, on low heat, about 2-3 minutes. Plate gnocchi and pair with two scoops of vanilla ice cream. Serve while still warm.
