Ingredients
- 1 tbsp Cento Extra Hot Calabrese Peperoncino
- 1 1/2 cups Mozzarella Cheese
- Cento Imported Extra Virgin Olive Oil, for brushing
- 1 cup Cento Vodka Pasta Sauce
Directions
Preheat oven to 400°F. Prepare pizza dough according to Chef Centoâu20acu2122s Pizza Dough recipe. Roll out dough to desired size and thickness, then transfer to a pizza pan, stone or screen. For the base of the pizza, spread the vodka sauce evenly on top of pizza dough. Sprinkle with shredded mozzarella and evenly scatter peperoncino over the top. Brush crust with olive oil for extra crispness. Cook for 12 minutes. Serves 2.
