Spread passata evenly over the dough, leaving a small border. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese, then top with pancetta and jalapeños. Add a light sprinkle of red pepper flakes for extra heat. Brush the crust with olive oil and bake for 10â-12 minutes, until the cheese is bubbling and the crust is golden. Serves 2.
