Ingredients
- 2 oz Gin
- 1 oz Dry Vermouth
- 1/2 oz Cento Imported Pitted Castelvetrano Olives, brine
- 2 dashes Orange Bitters
- 1 oz Club Soda
- 1/4 tsp Cento Imported Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Ice
- Cento Imported Pitted Castelvetrano Olives, for garnish
Directions
In a glass filled with ice, combine gin, dry vermouth, olive brine, and orange bitters. Top with club soda and gently stir in olive oil. Garnish with a few olives on a skewer. Serve immediately. Serves 1.
