Mini Cheesesteaks with Peppers & Onions

These mini cheesesteaks with peppers and onions are a delicious twist on the classic Philadelphia sandwich. Tender shaved steak is cooked to perfection and layered onto warm, toasted mini hoagie rolls along with savory fried peppers, sweet caramelized onions, and gooey melted provolone cheese. Drizzled with garlic butter sauce and sprinkled with Parmesan cheese, each bite is bursting with flavor and perfect for a quick and satisfying meal or appetizer.

Preheat your oven to 350°F, then cook the shaved steak in a skillet over medium-high heat until browned and cooked through, add peppers, onions and pizza sauce and cook for an additional two minutes. Set aside. Assemble the sandwiches by layering the cooked shaved steak, fried peppers, caramelized onions, and provolone cheese slices inside of each roll, and a drizzle of garlic butter (melted butter and minced garlic) sauce on the top half of each roll. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top and place the sandwiches in the oven until the cheese is melted and bubbly. Serves 6-8.
