Ingredients
- 8 Egg, whisked
- Cento Fine Sicilian Sea Salt, to taste
- Cento Ground Black Pepper, to taste
- 6 oz Cento Fried Peppers with Onions
- 2 tbsp Cento Sauteed Onions
- 1 tsp Fresh Parsley, chopped
- 1 Hoagie Roll, 18 inch
Directions
In a large nonstick skillet over medium heat sauté peppers and onion until warmed through. In the same skillet pour in the eggs, allow to cook for a minute without interrupting. With a rubber spatula, begin stirring the eggs continuously as they begin to firm and cook. Add salt and pepper adjusted to your taste. Remove from heat once eggs are no longer moist and cooked to your liking. Carefully spoon egg mixture into a split hoagie or long roll. Finish with fresh parsley and more pepper if desired. Serves 3.
