Ingredients
- 16 Bellino Savoiardi Lady Fingers
- 3 large Eggs
- 1 cup Half-and-Half
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 1/4 tsp Cento Coarse Sicilian Sea Salt
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 1 cup Raspberries
- 1 cup Heavy Cream
- Cinnamon, for dusting
- Powdered Sugar, for dusting
Directions
In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, half and half, and salt until smooth. Dip each lady finger into mixture, allowing them to soak briefly without falling apart. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Place each soaked lady finger in the pan in batches, cooking for about 2 minutes per side until golden brown and slightly crisp. In a separate bowl, beat heavy whipping cream with sugar until soft peaks form. Arrange lady fingers on a serving platter, top with whipped cream, raspberries, and finish with a light dusting of powdered sugar and cinnamon. Serve warm. Serves 2.
