- 1.5 oz Ferrara Instant Espresso Coffee, brewed
- 1.5 oz Vanilla Vodka
- ¾ oz Coffee Liqueur
- ½ oz Vanilla Syrup
- Ferrara Dark Chocolate Bar, shavings
- Cento Coarse Sicilian Sea Salt, pinch
- Fresh Mint, garnish
Directions
To make an Espresso Martini with a twist of vanilla ice cream, start by brewing instant espresso according to the package instructions. Allow it to cool slightly. In a cocktail shaker, combine the brewed espresso, vanilla vodka, coffee liqueur, vanilla syrup, and a pinch of sea salt. Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously. Prepare a martini glass by adding a scoop or two of vanilla ice cream. Strain the shaken cocktail mixture over the ice cream in the glass, allowing it to fill the glass. Sprinkle shaved chocolate bar flakes over the top and mint for added flavor and presentation. Serve immediately. Serves 1.
