Directions
Grill artichokes 2-3 minutes per side, set aside to cool. To build shooter, fold a slice of prosciutto in half. On one end, lay the artichokes with the cut side facing up. Layer basil, cheese and roasted pepper. Wrap other end of prosciutto slice around the group until secure. Drizzle with balsamic glaze to finish. Serves 6-8.

- 1 jar Cento Marinated Roman Artichokes (19.6 fl oz), halved
- 1 jar Cento Roasted Peppers (12 oz)
- 1/4 lb - 1/2 lb Prosciutto
- 4 oz Mozzarella Cheese
- 12-14 Fresh Basil Leaves
- 1 tsp Cento Italian Balsamic Glaze
