- 1 tsp Cento Italian Seasoning
- Cento Fine Sicilian Sea Salt, to taste
- Cento Ground Black Pepper, to taste
- 1 cup Bellino Instant Polenta
- 1/2 cup Parmigiano-Reggiano Cheese, grated
- Fresh Basil Leaves, torn
Directions
In an Instant Pot add chicken thighs with salt, black pepper, and Italian seasoning. Pour in tomato sauce, secure the lid, set to pressure cook on high for 5 minutes, then allow a natural release for 10 minutes before venting. Spoon the polenta into bowls, top with the chicken and tomato sauce, and finish with fresh basil and Parmigiano before serving. Serves 4.
