Ingredients
- 1 lb Roast Beef, sliced
- 1/4 cup Cento Imported Pepperoncini, optional
- 1 box Cento Beef Stock (32 fl oz)
- 1 tsp Cento Italian Seasoning
- 1/4 tsp Cento Coarse Sicilian Sea Salt
- 1/4 tsp Cento Ground Black Pepper
- 3 Provolone Cheese, slices
- Italian Bread, sliced into a roll
Directions
In a large pot, add the beef stock and spices then bring broth to a boil. Once boiling, add roast beef then cover and reduce heat. Let simmer or 10 minutes, then remove from heat. Prepare roll by slicing lengthwise and folding open. Arrange roast beef evenly on the roll and place cheese over roast beef. Toast entire sandwich, if desired. Add sliced pepperoncini and serve with seasoned broth. Serves 2.
