Ingredients
- 1 Cucumber, sliced into thick rounds
- 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes
- 8 oz Feta Cheese, cut into cubes
- 1 jar Cento Imported Greek Seasoned Pitted Olives (11.6 oz), drained
- 1 jar Cento Imported Pepperoncini (12 fl oz), drained
- 2 tbsp Cento Imported Pepperoncini, finely chopped
- Fresh Basil Leaves
- 1/4 cup Cento Imported Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 tbsp Fresh Dill, chopped
- 1 clove Garlic, finely grated
- Cento Fine Sicilian Sea Salt, to taste
- Cento Ground Black Pepper, to taste
Directions
In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, chopped pepperoncini, dill, basil, garlic, salt, and pepper until well combined. Set aside while assembling the skewers. Thread tomato, feta, pepperoncini, basil leaf, olive, and cucumber onto cocktail picks or small skewers. Arrange skewers on a serving platter. Spoon the pepperoncini vinaigrette lightly over the platter. Serve chilled or slightly cool from the refrigerator. Serves 4-6.
