Organic Chicken Florentine Pasta

Our Organic Chicken Florentine Pasta is packed with flavor from cannellini beans, artichoke hearts, capers and spinach, tossed in a tomato sauce with your favorite cut of organic pasta.

Heat oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add chicken and brown 3-4 minutes, then add capers, beans and artichokes. Cook an additional 3-4 minutes. Add tomatoes, rinse can with water and add to pan, then cover and reduce heat to medium. Simmer 15 minutes, adding spinach to pan during last 5 minutes. Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain pasta, add to sauce and toss to combine. Top with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and basil, if desired. Serves 4.
