Ingredients
- 1 box Cento Organic Vegetable Stock (32 fl oz)
- 3 cans Cento Organic Black Beans (15.5 oz)
- 2 cups Cento Organic Italian Crushed Tomatoes
- 1 cup Organic Onion, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp Organic Garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup Bellino Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Cento Fine Sicilian Sea Salt, to taste
- Cento Ground Black Pepper, to taste
Directions
In a 4-quart pot over high heat, add vegetable stock, beans, tomatoes, onions, garlic and oil. Bring contents to a boil, then reduce heat and let simmer for 45 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add salt and pepper, mix well and serve. Serves 6.
