- 4 cups Cento Chicken Stock
- 1 jar Cento Traditional Passata (24 oz)
- 1 tsp Cento Italian Seasoning
- 2 lbs Anna Gnocchi
- 3 cups Fresh Spinach
- 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated

Directions
Start by heating extra virgin olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add ground sausage and cook until browned. Once sausage is fully cooked remove and set aside. In the same pot, add onion, carrots, and celery, and sauté for about 5 minutes until vegetables begin to soften. Next, stir in garlic and cook for another minute until fragrant. Add sausage back in and mix in seasonings. Pour in passata, chicken broth, and spinach stirring to combine. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat and let it simmer for about 15-20 minutes. Stir in gnocchi and cook for an additional 3-5 minutes until gnocchi is tender and floats to top. Finish with Parmesan cheese and serve. Serves 6.
