Directions
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat and sauté garlic for 1 minute. Add pimento and green beans, stirring to evenly coat and cook for 2 additional minutes. Stir in the vinegar and water, cover and steam for 5 minutes or until green beans are tender. Season with salt and pepper, to taste. Serves 4.

- 2 tbsp Cento Imported Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 2 tsp Bellino Minced Garlic
- 1 jar Cento Sliced Pimientos (4 oz), drained
- 3 cups fresh or frozen Green Beans
- 1 tbsp Cento Balsamic Vinegar of Modena
- 1 tbsp Water
- Cento Fine Sicilian Sea Salt, to taste
- Cento Ground Black Pepper, to taste
