Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Cento Imported Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- ½ Yellow Onion, sliced
- âu2026u201c cup Cento Sliced Hot Cherry Peppers, drained
- 10 oz Sliced Steak
- Cento Fine Sicilian Sea Salt, to taste
- Cento Ground Black Pepper, to taste
- 5 slices Provolone Cheese
- 10-inch Hoagie Roll
Directions
Heat oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat. Add onions and peppers, sauté 1-3 minutes, then add steak. Season with salt and pepper, to taste, and cook mixture 3-5 minutes. Turn heat to low. Top with cheese, cover and cook until cheese melts. Arrange evenly on hoagie roll. Serves 1-2.
