Ingredients
- 2 tsp Bellino Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 tsp Bellino Minced Garlic
- 2 cans Cento Lower Sodium Chicken Broth (14.5 oz)
- 1 cup Broccoli Spears
- 1 pkg Bellino Couscous (17.6 oz)
- 3/4 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
Directions
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat and cook garlic for one minute. Add chicken broth and bring to a boil, then stir in broccoli and simmer on medium heat for two minutes. Add cous cous and mix well to combine. Remove from heat, cover and let stand for 5 minutes, then mix in cheese and serve. Serves 6-8.
