Heat oil over a medium flame in a medium saucepan. Sauté onion until translucent, approximately one minute, then add garlic and gently brown for an additional minute. Pour in tomatoes and season with salt and pepper to taste. Stir well, cover and let simmer for 20 minutes or until desired thickness is achieved. Remove from heat, add basil and spoon sauce over 3lbs of your favorite Anna Pasta. Serves 12-18.

2 ½ tbs Bellino Minced Garlic
2 tbs Cento Fine Sicilian Sea Salt
Cento Ground Black Pepper, to taste
½ cup Fresh Basil Leaves, chopped
