Ingredients
- 1 Hoagie Roll
- 2 tbsp Cento Diced Hot Cherry Pepper Hoagie Spread
- 6 slices Capicola
- 6 slices Mortadella
- 6 slices Salami
- 6 slices Provolone Cheese
- 1/4 cup Cento Sliced Pepper Rings
- 1/4 cup Onion, thinly sliced
- 4 slices Heirloom Tomato
- 1/2 cup Iceberg Lettuce, shredded
- 3 tbsp Cento Red Wine Vinegar
- 2 tbsp Cento 100% Italiano Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1/2 tsp Cento Oregano
- Cento Fine Sicilian Sea Salt, to taste
- Cento Ground Black Pepper, to taste
Directions
In a small bowl mix together lettuce, red wine vinegar, extra virgin olive oil, salt, and pepper and put aside. Spread hoagie spread evenly across bottom half of roll. Layer cheese, capicola, mortadella, and salami evenly on top. Top with lettuce mixture, onion, tomato, and pepper rings. Drizzle additional red wine vinegar and extra virgin olive oil over top, then sprinkle with oregano. Close hoagie roll, pressing gently to hold everything together. Serves 2.
