Cook the orzo according to the package instructions, drain and set aside to cool. In a large salad bowl, combine the cooled orzo, arugula, halved grape tomatoes, chickpeas, shallots, roasted red peppers, Greek mixed olives, marinated artichoke hearts, pepperoncini, and basil leaves. In a separate small bowl, whisk together the extra virgin olive oil, red wine vinegar, lemon juice, minced garlic, and ground black pepper to make the dressing. Pour the dressing over the salad ingredients and toss gently to coat everything evenly. Taste and adjust the seasoning if needed.
