Ingredients
- 1 pkg Anna Linguine (1 lb)
- 5 tbsp Cento Imported Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 tsp Bellino Minced Garlic
- 1 can Cento Minced Clams (6.5 oz), drained
- 1 can Cento White Clam Sauce (15 oz)
- 1 can Cento Whole Baby Clams (10 oz), drained
- 2 cans Cento Datterini Tomatoes (14 oz), 1 can drained
- 1 tsp Cento Crushed Red Pepper
- 1 tbsp Fresh Parsley, chopped
- Lemon, for garnish
Directions
Heat oil in a large saucepan over medium heat, then sauté garlic approximately 2 minutes. Add minced clams, whole baby clams and white clam sauce; season with parsley and crushed red pepper. Add datterini tomatoes. Mix well and bring clam sauce to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for approximately 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Prepare pasta according to package instructions, then drain and transfer to serving dish. Pour clam sauce over cooked pasta and serve immediately. Serves 4
