Ingredients
- 1 lb Ground Beef 80/20
- ½ tsp Cento Coarse Sicilian Sea Salt
- ¼ tsp Cento Ground Black Pepper
- ¼ tsp Bellino Minced Garlic
- 1 tsp Cento Italian Balsamic Glaze
- 4 Sesame Seed Buns
- 4 tbsp Mayonnaise
- ½ lb Thick Cut Bacon
- 1 Beefsteak Tomato
- Leafy Green Lettuce
- 4 Onion Rings
- 4 slices Cheddar Cheese
- 1 cup Cento Sliced Jalapeno Peppers
Directions
In a bowl, combine ground beef, salt, pepper, garlic and balsamic glaze until well mixed. Divide mixture into four equal portions and shape each into a patty. Grill until burgers reach desired internal temperature (suggest at 135°F
). Assemble toppings as desired. Pour BBQ sauce on top of ingredients, then add your top bun. Serves 4.
