Directions
Cook pasta according to package instructions. Save about ¼ cup of pasta cooking water when draining. In a large pan, heat olive oil and oil from anchovies over medium heat. Add garlic, anchovies and crushed red pepper. Cook for 3 minutes or until anchovies have dissolved and garlic is lightly browned. Add breadcrumbs and cook until toasted, about 2 to 3 minutes. Add cooked pasta to the pan and saved pasta water. Sprinkle with cheese, then toss to combine. Season with black pepper, to taste. Garnish with parsley and serve.
Pasta Mollicata

Ingredients
- 1 bag Maurizio Bucatini
- ¾ cup Cento Imported Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 3 cloves Bellino Whole Garlic Cloves
- Cento Crushed Red Pepper, to taste
- ½ cup Romano Cheese
- Cento Ground Black Pepper, to taste
- Cento Parsley, to taste
- 2 cups Cento Plain Bread Crumbs
- 6 fillets Cento Flat Fillets of Anchovies
