- ¼ cup Bellino Sun Dried Tomatoes, drained and sliced
- 1 leaf Red Leaf Lettuce
- ¼ Yellow Onion, sliced
- ¼ cup Cento Sliced Pepper Rings, drained
- Cento Fine Sicilian Sea Salt, to taste
- Cento Ground Black Pepper, to taste
- Cento Imported Extra Virgin Olive Oil, to taste
Directions
Assemble hoagie in the order of the ingredient list, topping with salt, pepper and a drizzle of olive oil, to taste. Serves 1-2.
