Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain spaghetti and in a large bowl, add pasta, eggs, salt, ricotta, mozzarella and Romano; mix well until thoroughly combined. In a large frying pan, heat oil, then add pasta mixture and allow to cook undisturbed until browned, approximately 10 minutes. Flip pasta and repeat browning. Serves 8.

5 Eggs, beaten
1 cup Part-Skim Ricotta
1 cup Romano Cheese, grated
8 oz Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
Cento Fine Sicilian Sea Salt, to taste
2 tbsp Cento Imported Extra Virgin Olive Oil
