Broccoli Parmesan Cous Cous

An alternative to rice, our Broccoli Parmesan CousCous is made with lower sodium chicken broth, garlic and parmesan.

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat and cook garlic for one minute. Add chicken broth and bring to a boil, then stir in broccoli and simmer on medium heat for two minutes. Add cous cous and mix well to combine. Remove from heat, cover and let stand for 5 minutes, then mix in cheese and serve. Serves 6-8.
