Ingredients
- 1 lb Cod Fillet
- 1/2 cup Cento Gluten Free Panko Bread Crumbs
- 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese
- Cento Ground Black Pepper, to taste
- 2 tbsp Cento Imported Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 Lemon
Directions
Preheat oven to 400ËšF. Drizzle 1 tablespoon oil into a large oven-safe dish and place cod fillet in center of dish. In a mixing bowl, combine panko, parmesan cheese, salt and pepper. Drizzle remaining extra virgin olive oil over top of cod, then spread breadcrumb and cheese mixture evenly over cod. Finish with zest of one lemon and garnish with lemon slices, if desired. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until fish is fully cooked. Do not cover the dish. Serves 4.
