Chef Cento’s Big Game Wings

Game day watch parties aren’t complete without mouth watering, chicken wings! Chef Cento’s Wing Trio, features a spicy peperoncino sauce, a savory parmesan pesto and Italian inspired garlic sauce. These recipes are sure to be a touchdown this season.

Calabrese Wings

These wings are not for the weak, however they are absolutely delicious.

Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp butter
  • Cento Extra Hot Calabrese Peperoncino
  • Cento Vegetable Paste in a Tube

Directions

In a large saucepan, melt butter. Once butter has melted, add peperonchino and vegetable paste, mix well. Toss wings in sauce and serve with blue cheese.

Parmesan Pesto Wings

Hot wings not your thing? Give our super simple creamy Parmesan pesto wings a try.

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp Cento Pesto Sauce
  • ¼ cup Cento Imported Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • ⅓ cup Parmesan cheese, grated

Directions

In a large bowl, combine your ingredients until well blended. Toss wings in sauce and serve.

Chef Cento wanted to put an Italian spin on the classic chicken wing!

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp Bellino Minced Garlic
  • 1 tbsp Cento Italian Seasoning
  • ⅓ cup Cento Classico Olive Oil

Directions

In a large bowl, combine your ingredients until well blended. Toss wings in sauce and drizzle plated wings with Cento Balsamic Glaze.
