| Prep. Time: 5 minutes Cook Time: 17 minutes 1 tbsp Cento Blended Oil, for frying 4 oz pancetta, diced 1 cup onion, chopped 1 cup Cento Low Sodium Chicken Broth 1 lb frozen peas 8 oz Cento Mushroom Stems and Pieces Salt and Cento Ground Black Pepper, to tasteIn large skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add pancetta and cook for 2-3 minutes; add onion and allow caramelize, about 4 minutes. Pour chicken broth, peas, mushrooms, salt and pepper; mix well, cover and allow simmering for 8 - 10 minutes. Remove from heat and transfer to serving dish. Serves 4-6. |
