| Sauteed Chick Peas with Broccoli Parmesan | ||
| Prep. Time: 10 minutes Cook Time: 15 minutes 2 tbsp Cento Imported Olive Oil ¼ cup onion, chopped 4 tsp Bellino Minced Garlic Salt and Cento Ground Black Pepper, to taste 1 ½ heads of broccoli, trimmed and chopped into approximately 2 cups 10 oz Cento Chick Peas, drained and rinsed 1/3 cup Cento Chicken Broth ¼ tsp Cento Crushed Red Pepper ½ cup Cento Grated Parmesan Cheese In a large skillet, warm oil over medium heat. Add onion, garlic and salt and allow to sauté until onion is transparent, about 4 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add broccoli and mix thoroughly; cook for 3 minutes. Add chick peas, broth and red pepper. Stir once, cover and cook for 3 minutes or until broccoli becomes tender. Season with salt and pepper; top with cheese. Serve immediately. Serves 4-6. |
