| Prep. Time: 10 minutes Chill Time: 2 hours 20 oz Cento Red Kidney Beans, drained and rinsed 20 oz Cento White Kidney Beans, drained and rinsed 19 oz Cento Chick Peas, drained and rinsed ΒΌ cup onion, chopped 1 cup celery, chopped 1 green pepper, chopped (approx. 1 cup) 2 oz Cento White Balsamic Vinegar 2 oz Bellino Extra Virgin Olive Oil Salt and Cento Ground Black Pepper, to taste In a large bowl, mix beans, onions, celery and green pepper; cover and set aside. In a separate dish, mix vinegar, oil, salt and black pepper; cover with plastic wrap. Chill both bean mixture and dressing for several hours. Before serving, pour dressing over bean mixture; mix until evenly coated. Serves12. |
