| Preheat oven to 350°F. Cook Ferrara Jumbo Shells according to instructions on package. While pasta cooks, in mix cheeses, egg, salt, pepper, and parsley. Coat bottom of baking dish or pan with 1 cup sauce; set aside. Using a tablespoon, carefully stuff shells. Place stuffed shells in baking dish on top of sauce. After all shells have been placed in baking dish, generously cover with remaining sauce, cover with aluminum foil, and bake at 350° for 25 minutes. Serves about 8. |
