Prep. Time: 15 minutes Cook Time: 1 hour 20 minutes 2 lb Meatloaf Mix (pork, veal, beef) or 2 lbs ground beef ½ cup onion, chopped 1/4 cup Cento Flavored Bread Crumbs 1 tsp salt ¼ tsp Cento Ground Black Pepper 1 egg 8 oz Cento Sauce Italiano 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce |

| Preheat oven to 375°. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil. Lightly oil foil on baking sheet. In a medium bowl, combine onion, egg, bread crumbs, sauce, salt, and pepper. Stir until mixed well. Add meat; blend well. Mold meat mixture into a loaf approx. 8 x 4 x 20 ½ inches. Place meat onto foil-lined baking sheet. Bake 1 hour and 10 minutes, cover with aluminum foil; bake an additional 10 minutes. Spread remaining sauce over top of loaf. Bake until meat thermometer inserted in center of loaf reads 160°-165°. Let stand 5 minutes before slicing. Serves 6. |
