Cento's Easy Shrimp

Cook Time: 20 minutes

¼ cup Cento Blended Oil
1 tbsp scallions, chopped
3 tsp Bellino Minced Garlic
2 lbs shrimp, peeled and deveined
¼ cup Cento Plain Bread Crumbs
½ cup white wine (optional)

In large skillet, heat oil. Add scallions and garlic. Sauté for 3 minutes over medium heat. Add shrimp and wine, if desired, cook until shrimp becomes pink. Remove from heat. Place in baking dish on top of cook Anna Pasta or Bellino Risotto. Sprinkle bread crumbs over shrimp. Broil for 5 minutes or until bread crumbs are golden. Serves 4-6.
