Prep. Time: 20 minutes Cook Time: 40 minutes 3 lbs lean ground beef 2 tbsp salt 2 tbsp Cento Ground Black Pepper 14 oz Cento Pecorino Romano Cheese, finely grated 14 oz Cento Flavored Bread Crumbs 6 Bellino Whole Garlic Cloves, minced ½ cup fresh parsley, finely chopped, no stems 8 whole eggs, beaten Cento Imported Olive Oil for browning |

| Mix the first 7 ingredients together. Beat the eggs for about 1 minute and add to meat mixture; form meatballs. Add olive oil to large skillet, and heat oil. Place meatballs in browning skillet and brown meatballs on all sides. Allow meatballs to finish cooking by placing in a pot of sauce approx. 30 minutes before serving. Yields 25-30 meatballs. |
