2 tsp Bellino Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 tsp Bellino Minced Garlic
2 - 13.75 oz Cento Chicken Broth
1 cup broccoli spears
6 oz Cento Grated Parmesan Cheese
1 pkg Bellino Couscous

Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute. Add chicken broth; bring to a boil. Stir in broccoli; simmer on medium heat for 2 minutes. Add couscous and mix well to combine. Remove from heat, cover and let stand for 5 minutes. Mix in cheese and serve. Serves 6-8.
