Chick Pea Hummus    

Prep. Time: 15 minutes

15 oz Ferrara Chick Peas
2 tsp Bellino Minced Garlic
¼ tsp salt
2 tbsp lemon juice
½ cup water
Pinch of fresh parsley, chopped

Drain and rinse chick peas. Combine all ingredients in a blender; mix until smooth. Top with parsley and use as sandwich spread or
vegetable dip. Serves 4-6.
