 | Alemagna's
tradition of confections and pastries goes back a long way. In the early 1920's
Gioachino Alemagna, a pastry chef in Milan, introduced a new idea (natural levitation
in special paper forms) to a fifteenth century Milanese recipe and thus invented
the Panettone.
Panettone, the
sweet symbol of all special occasions of the year, quickly became famous worldwide
and synonymous with quality and tradition of Italian pastries, which are
guaranteed
by the Alemagna name.
At the same time, Alemagna
has become renowned for its care in the product and assortments, attention to
quality, and the use of the latest production technologies. Along with the traditional
Panettone, today Alemagna offers Pandoro, Colomba, a line of exquisite Cakes and
Marrons Glaces. |
