Grilled Vegetables
4 Cento® Marinated Roman Artichokes 1 zucchini 1 eggplant 3 Tomatoes 2 Onions Cut roman artichokes lengthwise. Slice the zucchini eggplant, tomatoes and onions, then brush each side with Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Grill both sides 3 to 4 minutes. Salt and pepper to taste and drizzle with Cento Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
