The uncle–nephew cooking tag team Chip and Tommy is more than a family affair. Both men are accomplished musicians with a passion for food. Chip Roberts is a noted Philadelphia-area guitarist and award-winning chef. Prior to becoming a father and between studio sessions, Chip opened and operated restaurants in the Philadelphia region and in North Carolina. Tommy Stinson is a renowned bassist who has been with Guns N’ Roses for more than a decade and was a founding member of The Replacements. Having toured the world, Tommy developed an eclectic palate. When these musicians are not on the road, Chip teaches Tommy how to navigate the kitchen and create his own recipes. Between courses, the two jam and record in Chip’s home studio. You can download their music through the usual means, but the closest you’ll get to sampling their cuisine is to watch their cooking demonstration on Accademia dei Cento and follow their detailed recipe. Also, keep your eyes peeled for Chip’s soon-to-be launched Uncle Sippy’s Seasoning Blend.

Cooking came naturally to Chef Terry Owens, so much so that the thought of any other career never entered his mind. Chef Terry trained at the Restaurant School at Walnut Hill and Philadelphia’s Four Seasons Hotel. At the age of 23, Chef Terry took a job at a Center City Philadelphia BYOB and learned quickly that success equates to excellence. Today, he is an executive chef for one of the Philadelphia area’s premiere wood fire grill restaurants. At home, Chef Terry cooks for the discerning taste buds of his four children and sommelier wife.

Antonella Santacroce began practicing the culinary arts as a little girl in Guardiagrele, Italy. Not only did Antonella's parents teach her to cook, but they also imparted the importance, wisdom, and reward of hard work. Those lessons would lead Antonella and her husband, Ray, to pursue their passion. In 1996, with two growing children to care for, the entrepreneurial couple quit their jobs and opened Antonella's Italian Kitchen. They've never looked back and only look forward to serving their customers authentic Italian cuisine.

James Malaby is the owner and head chef of blueplate restaurant. James has worked in the restaurant business for nearly 20 years, and has been trained at the prestigious Culinary Institute of America. He started cooking at age 14, in local pizza shop. He moved on to a local diner/bakery and started cooking school right out of high school. He always had the goal to have my own restaurant. He traveled throughout the United States in quest for regional food, and the best chefs to learn from. Chef Malaby offers creative culinary innovations that combine a New American and French cuisine.
