Ed Vadden is the Executive Chef at The ACE Club. Previous to his current position, Chef Edward Vadden was an Executive Chef and GM of Penne Restaurant and Wine Bar. He has worked for the Ritz Carlton and Four Seasons Hotels. He worked with great Chefs, such as Jean Marie Lacroix, Georges Perrier, Fancesco Martorella, Martin Hamann, Roberta Adamo and more. He loves learning about people through the food and wine of their cultures.

Recognizing the value of her on-air persona, national telemarketing giant QVC has sought out her on air charisma for an assortment of companies cooking + kitchen related products for the past 7+ years. She is a recurring on air guest for Fox, NBC and KYW.

As host of “The Fretz Kitchen,” and "The Chef's Kitchen" at the time, Comcast CN8’s leading cooking show, Chef Cohen's knowledge, easy-going manner and on-air charisma attracted the nation’s most celebrated, talented chefs and sommeliers as guests of the show for 6+ years, and helped expand its reach to over 20 million living rooms nationally. As a result, she is a highly esteemed member of and has excellent relationships within the culinary communities Nationally as well as in Philadelphia, the Mid-Atlantic and New England states. Hope is a member of The International Association of Culinary Professionals and The James Beard Foundation.
