Orange Vinaigrette

  • 1/2 cup Cento Olive Oil
  • 1/4 cup Bellino Champagne Vinegar
  • 3 tbsps. fresh orange juice
  • 2 tsps. grated orange rind

Whisk ingredients together. Serves four.

 

Raspberry Vinaigrette

  • 3/8 cup Bellino Raspberry Vinegar
  • 1/2 cup Cento Olive Oil

Whisk vinegar into oil. Serves four.

 

Creamy Lemon-Pepper

  • 2/3 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 1/2 tbsps. Bellino White Wine Vinegar
  • 1/2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
  • Cento Black Pepper and salt to taste

Whisk ingredients together. Serves four.

 

Cento Champagne Vinaigrette

  • 3/8 cup Bellino Champagne Vinegar
  • 1/2 cup Cento Olive Oil

Whisk vinegar into oil. Serves four.

 

Hazelnut Vinaigrette

  • 3/8 cup Bellino Champagne Vinegar
  • 1/2 cup hazelnut oil
  • Cento Black Pepper and salt to taste

Whisk vinegar into oil. Serves four.

 

Balsamic Vinaigrette

  • 1/2 cup plus 2 tbsp. Bellino Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1/3 cup Cento/Bellino Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 tbsp. minced shallot
  • 1 tsp. minced fresh marjoram

Combine all ingredients. Serves four.
