- 1 can (28 oz.) Cento Italian Style Tomatoes or
1 can (35 oz.) Italian Tomatoes - 1/4 tsp. Cento
Parsley
- 1 oz. red or white table wine (optional)
Cover bottom of large frying pan or saucepan
with Cento Oil. Add garlic and chili pepper. Heat until lightly browned. Add
Cento Tomatoes, crushing them by hand. Season with wine and parsley. Bring
