pkg. active dry yeast
- 3/4 cup warm water
- 1/2
tsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2
tbsp. Cento Oil (Italian Blended, Corn or Olive)
- 2
cups all-purpose flour
- 1 can (15 oz.) Cento Pizza
Sauce
- mozzarella cheese (shredded)
Dissolve
yeast in warm water. Stir in sugar, salt, oil, and 1 3/4 cups flour. Turn onto
well-floured surface. Knead in enough of the remaining flour to prevent sticking.
The pizza dough does not need to rise. It can be used immediately. Spread
the dough on a large pizza pan. Cover with Cento Pizza Sauce. Sprinkle with shredded
mozzarella cheese. Cook in preheated oven at 400° for 20 minutes or until
