can (35 oz.) Cento Plum Tomatoes (chopped), reserve juice

tsp. Cento Basil or 3 fresh basil leaves

can (6 oz.) Cento Tomato Paste
- 4
oz. light cream
- 2-1
lb. Bellino Gnocchi
- Salt
and pepper
Sauté
garlic in Cento Oil until soft. Add tomatoes, paste, basil, salt and pepper. Simmer
about 30 minutes. If sauce is too thick for your taste, add some reserved juice
from Cento Plum Tomatoes. Add cream and simmer about 10 minutes. Cook
Bellino Gnocchi according to package directions. Drain and toss in sauce. | Penne
