- Cento Oil (Italian Blended, Corn or Olive)
- 1 dried, diced hot chili pepper (optional)
- 1 tsp. Bellino Minced Garlic
- 1 can (35 oz.) Cento Italian Tomatoes or 1 can (28 oz.) Cento
Chef's Cut Tomatoes
- 1 can (6 oz.) Cento Tomato Paste
- 1 can (6.5 oz.) Cento Tuna
- 1 can (2 oz.) Cento Flat Anchovies
- 1 lb. Anna Capellini

Cover bottom of large frying pan or saucepan with
Cento Oil.
Brown diced chili pepper and garlic in oil. Add lightly chopped
or hand-crushed Cento Italian Tomatoes. Then add Cento Tomato
Paste, Cento Tuna and Cento Anchovies. Cook over medium heat for
30 minutes. Cook Anna pasta according to package directions. Completely
drain pasta after cooking. Pour
tuna and anchovy gravy over pasta. Serve immediately. Serves four.
Capellini With Lobster,
Shrimp Or Crab Gravy
Follow the directions for the Capellini with
Tuna and Anchovy
Gravy.
For Lobster Gravy: Substitute 1/2 lb. chopped, cooked lobster
for tuna.
For Shrimp Gravy: Substitute 1/2 lb. cooked,
shelled shrimp.
For Crab Gravy: Substitute 1/2 lb. cooked,
chunk crab meat.
